Weekly Vehicle Safety and Mechanical Check
by Michael de Jong, from the Community
Use this weekly vehicle safety and mechanical check to maintain fleet safety and compliance. The checklist covers seat belts; lighting and indicators; hand and foot brakes; tire wear and pressures; mechanical safety including engine oil, coolant, fuel levels, and any unusual noises; vehicle stocking such as chemicals, MSDS sheets, first aid kits, sunscreen, and PPE; equipment inventory, condition, and service status; and vehicle cleanliness inside and out. It also reminds teams to remove rubbish, clean glass, and hand receipts into the office. Ideal for routine fleet inspections to keep vehicles safe and ready for service.
