Diving Operations Permit to Work
This Diving Operations Permit to Work template helps plan, authorize, and control in-water work around vessels and yachts. It covers diver certification and fitness, equipment checks for BCD, depth gauge, and signaling devices, communication testing between divers, tenders, and the bridge, and critical vessel isolations before hull work, including overboard discharges, propulsion and gearboxes, stabilizers, thrusters, steering pumps, cathodic protection, echo sounder, and shell door operations. It prompts hoisting of the International Code Flag A, availability of oxygen and first aid at the entry and exit points, and logging dive times.
