Use this internal health and safety inspection template to assess Wildanet field and office activities. Check pre work documentation and permits, PPE, streetworks setup aligned to NRSWA, and housekeeping. Verify plant and equipment condition, operator competence and records under PUWER, and calibration. Review working at height controls for MEWPs and ladders, including IPAF, LOLER, pre climb checks, rescue plans, and harness condition. Inspect underground chambers and confined spaces, gas detection and calibration, guarding, lifting methods, and emergency arrangements. Confirm fibre cabling and splicing practices, PIA pole and chamber requirements, labelling, and build specification. Audit fleet vehicle checks, safety equipment, and Chapter 8 markings, and office ergonomics, first aid, fire procedures, and slips trips and falls awareness.
