Review emergency arrangements, first aid and fire equipment, site access and security, lighting, and welfare provisions including toilets, water, and hygiene. Assess working at height controls, scaffolds, rescue plans, and lifting operations. Inspect plant, tools, and legal documents, safe use and storage, and reporting of damage. Verify electrical isolations and drawings, and controls for manual handling, vibration, dust, and noise. Check housekeeping, waste management, COSHH storage, and PPE suitability and use. Record comments, add media, and capture assessor signature to complete the inspection.
