Virgin Media Cable Conditioning and Network Assessment
by Matthew Winter, from the Community
This template supports a non intrusive survey to assess the condition of Virgin Media cabling and overall network integrity in multi dwelling buildings under 18m that were cabled before 2015. It guides field engineers to record site and address details, building feed and wiring type, point of entry sealing, required access keys, and any areas that could not be reached. It captures hazards, suspected asbestos containing materials, evidence of unauthorized works, and required remedial actions, with photo documentation. A pricing section helps scope small works and materials such as trunking, trays, krone strips, omni boxes, and jumper wire so issues can be prioritized and resolved safely and efficiently.
