This Telstra Network Site Inspection checklist supports facilities and network teams in assessing the integrity and safety of telecommunications sites. It guides inspections of site access, grounds, fencing, external lighting, buildings, towers, windows and doors, gutters, roofing, and signage. Internal checks cover emergency plans and sign-in, asbestos, lighting, toilets and plumbing. Electrical reviews include AC power, switchboards, GPOs, and DC power battery rooms. Life-safety systems span fire indication panels, VESDA, pumps, tanks, extinguishers, exits, and doors. Plant and equipment sections address hoists, lifts, emergency power plant and fuel storage, sump pumps, HVAC systems, cooling towers, compressed air, and project works.
