Stonegate Sky Q Engineer Site Completion Form
This engineer site completion form supports the Stonegate Sky Q rollout. Capture the number of Sky Q boxes installed and their serial numbers, confirm the Stonegate IT/Celestra networking is complete, and log LNB signal strength and quality at each box. Verify dish alignment, H and V cable polarity, multiswitch power, and LNB skew. Check that all boxes are hardwired to the network and active, remotes function via the AV infrastructure, audio is set to Normal (not Dolby Digital), power saving is set to None, and Wi‑Fi modes are disabled.
