Use this Sky Q site preparation survey to assess installation readiness across exterior and interior areas. Capture dish/LNB location and access needs (steps, ladders, towers, scaffold), note dish type and replacement needs, and record feed counts and external cabling changes. Inside, document Sky box locations and quantities, power availability, required double sockets, and rack space for new Sky Q boxes, dSCR multiswitches, network switches, and any DACs. Map audio routing (e.g., BSS, Cloud, DJ mixers) and detail networking equipment. Audit video distribution platforms in use—RF analogue/DVB-T modulators, Wyrestorm NHD/matrix, Just Add Power, HDAnywhere MHUB, Pulse8—and log switch models, TX/RX counts, outputs, and control methods.
