This SLG site audit template helps teams assess signing, lighting and guarding on active street works. Verify permit board details, PPE, site setup, advance signage, tapers per the Red Book, safety zones, vehicle parking, footway closures and pedestrian crossing provision. Check barriers, cone condition, sandbagging, arrows and carriageway incursions. Record traffic light setups, road closures, diversion routes and resident access arrangements. Capture photos for evidence and confirm signatures from team leaders and supervisors, with space for recommendations.
