Planilla en espanol para documentar mediciones y estado de un sistema de energia DC. Incluye inspeccion visual de bastidores, cables y ventilacion, verificacion de ventiladores y filtros, limpieza, medicion de tensiones DC y carga del sistema, cantidad y estado de rectificadores, capacidad usada, y parametros de baterias como tension, cantidad de bancos, corriente de carga o descarga, temperatura y antiguedad. Contempla sistemas con inversores, conteo de equipos OK y en falla, y registro de corriente y potencia total.
