Esta planilla en español permite documentar mediciones y verificaciones de un STS/UPS durante tareas de mantenimiento menor. Incluye inspección visual (ventiladores, alarmas, signos de sobrecalentamiento y limpieza), registro de fecha y hora, tensiones de entrada preferente y alternativa y de salida (L1, L2, L3), corrientes RMS y neutro, porcentaje de carga y cantidad de transferencias. Añade potencia (kW/kVA), frecuencias y sincronismo, observaciones y estado final (normal, bypass, sin salida). Incluye captura de etiqueta/ID, número de serie y fotos del estado final.
