Use this LTE survey checklist to document indoor and outdoor site conditions for LTE deployments. Record RBS/BBS types, baseband ports, RRUs, PSU power, SPD enclosure space, and breaker availability. For each sector, verify antenna jumpers, RRU space, earth bars, cable trays, and required earth, DC, and fiber lengths for 800/1800 equipment. Capture photos and add remarks.
