This LTE survey checklist helps telecom teams plan and document LTE site readiness. Capture site details, indoor cabinet status including RBS, BBS, baseband space, power and PDU availability, SPD and breaker capacity, and battery counts. For each sector, record antenna jumpers, RRU space, earthing, cable trays, and required lengths for earth, DC, and fiber for 800 and 1800 bands.
