Use this fibre survey template to plan and document installation of fibre optic networks across multi dwelling unit building clusters. Capture site overview and unit counts, map blocks with annotated images, record BT chamber and entry points, and specify comms rack location, power supply and routing from duct to rack. Document riser cupboards, distribution points, and Invisilight cable routes to flats, noting drill points and barriers. Add floor plans, internal signage photos and layouts per building, attach evidence photos throughout, and complete notes, recommendations and sign offs.
