Use this checklist to confirm fibre network build completion for Connect Fibre projects. Record build town, SSD AC references and PDP number, and capture site location and dates. Verify chambers and bores with photos showing entry and exit, chamber overview with PIA NOI label, and surrounding area. Note current bore capacities in and out. Document building lead in, pole details and size, DP or TJ numbers, and whether the pole is Connect Fibre or BT. Attach images for DPs, TJs and lead in routes. Ensure all information needed for quality checks, handover and ready for service sign off is complete.
