Use this DMR Tier III as-built form to document end-to-end site installations. Record rectifier type, asset and serial numbers, battery and MCB panel details, AC mains checks, labeling and photos of power terminations. Capture RF works including repeaters, antennas, combiners, filters and cabling, plus filter tuning and radio quality checks. Log commissioning tests with GPS location, distance to tower, line-of-sight conditions and handheld signal levels. Include switch and router models, serials and quality checks, and attach required overview and site photos.
