Completion Evidence Report - Customer Connections

This telecom field template helps teams capture completion evidence for customer connection works. Record permits to dig and POWRA, verify whether excavation is in public or private property, note surface types (carriageway, footway, tarmac, concrete, pavers, slabs, soft ground), and log dig measurements. Attach light test readings at the MST and on the cable, document the length of cable pulled, and track duration of works.
