This COEI closeout checklist supports telecommunications installation handover. It captures project and client details, personnel on site, and required closeout photos. Technicians verify rack installation and grounding, top support and ladder rack or fiber duct, equipment rack stacking and grounding, power cable routing and stitching, power terminations to equipment and FAP or BDFB, fiber installation and labeling, Cat 5 installation and labeling, TTU completion, and site cleanliness. It concludes with an installation summary to evaluate overall quality and identify improvements for the installation process.
