TRR Report Template for Telecom Chambers and Ducts
by Chris Havenhand, from the Community
Document telecom rodding and roping (TRR) activities across chambers and ducts. This checklist guides teams to capture required photos (lid closed/open, rope in chamber and duct), attach duct plan images, total meterage roped, and time spent per pack. Supervisors can verify whether the pack is fully roped, note A55s raised, and sign off with date and location. Use it to standardize quality, improve traceability, and streamline reporting for network build and maintenance work.
