This Shell UK QDeck April audit checklist helps retail fuel stations and convenience sites assess due diligence and operational standards. Capture date, temperature and delivery records on station iPads, confirm team food hygiene training, and verify allergen information. Inspect food safety controls including hot holding temperatures, pest prevention, probe calibration and hygiene kit availability. Review COVID-19 protocols for cleaning, stock of disposable items, and customer areas including forecourt and toilets. Check merchandising against Myshop guidelines: DOW promotions, primary and secondary ends, FSDU, bake plans and top ups, and planograms for chilled, hot display, confectionery, crisps, NAB and sweet snacks. Confirm tobacco availability per plan and maintain site cleanliness inside and outside.
