This quarterly audit checklist helps cafe and food retail teams review cleanliness, structural integrity, and housekeeping standards across front and back of house. Verify equipment and utensil hygiene, refrigeration and cooking appliance cleanliness, and adherence to chemical use and cleaning schedules. Assess pest control documentation, staff training for food hygiene, allergens, health and safety, and ensure HACCP and risk assessments are up to date.
