This RECET assessment card is a job card for retail store inspections. Assessors can select the client, record location and dates, and capture images of shop lighting, DB box, cabling, ceilings, aircon including gas type, alarm box and dedicated plug, and diffuser counts. The form prompts a store-wide photo from the entrance, checks for a valid certificate of compliance for DBs, and provides space to note additional work outside the scope. Manager and assessor names and signatures are collected to complete the assessment.
