This master retail audit checklist helps assess hard and soft services across branch locations. It covers exterior shopfronts and signage, glazing, ATM cleanliness and condition, entrances and floors, and rear elevations. Inside, it reviews banking halls, customer offices, secure counters, staff rooms, corridors, lifts, toilets, storage and plant rooms, plus periodic high level and flooring cleans. It includes planned and reactive maintenance such as lighting and emergency lighting compliance, plumbing and drainage, lift servicing, roller shutters, fire safety and alarms, HVAC upkeep, and pest or bird control. Waste services for cardboard, general, and mixed recycling are checked, along with cleaner performance, materials and consumables, cover for holidays or sickness, and helpdesk issues. The form captures escalations, landlord concerns, IT and ATM issues, compliance status, comments, signatures, and dates to ensure standards and safety are maintained.
