Use this soft services performance checkup report to assess contract delivery across cleaning and facilities operations. The checklist covers staff induction and ongoing training, knowledge of cleaning standards aligned to BICSc, and awareness of SLAs and KPIs. Review grooming and personal hygiene, staff welfare and storage areas, and overall cleaning standards for washrooms, kitchens, prayer rooms, floors, external areas, landscaping, water features, pest control, and waste segregation. Verify documented workflows, suitable and well maintained equipment, and site specific health and safety documentation including COSHH and MSDS.
