Use este formato para documentar y dar seguimiento a desviaciones en tienda: capture información del técnico, tienda y fechas; emita hasta cuatro dictámenes técnicos con nombre del equipo, causa de la falla, diagnóstico y acción correctiva; adjunte evidencia fotográfica de reparación y calibración. Registre resultados de evaluación, observaciones del personal de tienda, nombre del responsable en turno, fecha y hora de conclusión y valide con orden de trabajo firmada y sellada por la tienda.
