Use this GAP check to assess supermarket cleaning standards across the trading floor and fresh departments in NZ stores. The checklist covers aisles 1 to 5, dairy including milk fridge, liquor, rear trading areas, deli, seafood, bakery, meat, and produce prep and shop floors. Verify routines like floor polishing, rubbish removal, window cleaning, ceiling ducts, and lighting. Confirm cleaner room setup, test and tag register currency, record comments for any poor or missing results, and capture duty manager and contractor sign off.
