Record building type and occupancy, unit size, condition, and age; proposed trade counter model; landlord or agent contacts; visibility from roads; access routes; traffic flow; parking availability; rent per annum and per square foot; and nearby competitors. Capture photos of the unit, area, road network, and competitor locations, and note who completed the audit and the date.
