This pool service exit report checklist helps technicians complete a clear handover after each visit. Capture site and pool details, equipment make and model, and water test readings for chlorine, stabiliser, pH, alkalinity, salt and hardness. Note recommendations and actions taken, including vacuuming, brushing, backwashing, cleaning cells and filters, and emptying baskets. Record maintenance equipment on site, gate and fence checks, CPR signage, lighting and main drain status, and any follow up actions. Attach photos and add notes, then obtain tenant name and signature for completion.
