WPA Unmanned Car Park Inspection Checklist

This unmanned car park inspection checklist supports monthly workplace reviews of parking facilities. It covers entry and exit equipment such as boom gates, ticket machines, intercoms, and roller doors; pedestrian access and slip or trip hazards; lighting, signage, line marking, ramps, speed humps, and cleanliness; security and damage including graffiti and vandalism; bollards, traffic islands, wheel stops, pillars, convex mirrors, and accessible bays; electrical switchboards and carbon monoxide sensors; rooftop hazards, drainage, and guardrails; stairwells and lift lobbies; amenities; and fire safety equipment and emergency lighting. Use it to identify hazards, record issues, and assign corrective actions to keep car parks safe and compliant.
