Use this daily checklist to maintain clean, safe car park facilities. Inspect the car park perimeter for litter, graffiti, and hazards. Clean and check main signage, rate boards, and entrance ramps. Tidy bin collection areas and pedestrian walkways. Inside, wipe pay machines, clean office doors and windows, and ensure all signage is straight and free of dust and cobwebs. Look for oil spills or other hazards across aisles, and keep APM and bike areas clear. Include comments and actions to resolve issues and uphold safety and presentation standards.
