Management sections address emergency plans, resident instruction, routine inspections, and testing and maintenance records. Additional health and safety checks include asbestos, lifts, communal lighting, traffic and parking, refuse, gardens, security and reporting under RIDDOR. Designed to help responsible persons comply with the Regulatory Reform Fire Safety Order 2005.
