This fire risk assessment template aligns with the UK Regulatory Reform Fire Safety Order 2005 and helps responsible persons evaluate fire hazards, people at risk, and existing controls across any workplace. Sections cover general building details, ignition sources, smoking, arson, heating and cooking risks, dangerous substances, means of escape, compartmentation and fire doors, emergency lighting, signage, alarms, and extinguishers. It also includes management controls such as emergency planning, roles and responsibilities, training, drills, testing, inspection, and record keeping. Use it to rate risk, set actions, assign owners, and document sign off.
