Review electrical safety, smoking controls, arson risks, heating and cooking practices, housekeeping, contractor hot works, and other significant ignition sources. Verify means of escape, evacuation arrangements for people with disabilities including PEEPs, emergency lighting, signage, alarms and detection, and portable extinguishers. Capture responsibilities, procedures, liaison with the fire and rescue service, staff training and drills, and routine testing and maintenance schedules.
