Use this checklist to conduct start and end of tenancy inspections for rental properties. Capture property address and tenant details; assess interior and exterior condition; verify keys; check kitchen appliances (oven, washer, fridge) and cabinetry; inspect bathrooms and WCs; test electrical fittings, lighting, and intruder alarm; review boiler, heating controls, and radiators; confirm loft and shed are clear; add comments and media; and collect inspector and tenant sign-off.
