Use this regional director property visit checklist to evaluate property security and operations. Inspect exterior and interior patrols, vehicle condition, lighting, officer uniforms and equipment, and customer engagement. Review security office and dispatch readiness, equipment status, schedules, maps, and compliance postings. Verify uniform storage and inventory, lost and found controls, Case Mobile and detex reports, training completion, SOP updates, tenant contacts, and AED and fire extinguisher inspections. Capture photos and document findings to discuss with the general manager or operations manager.
