Body Corporate Quality Assurance Checklist

This body corporate quality assurance checklist helps property managers and strata committees maintain high standards for cleaning and grounds care. It covers routine tasks such as sweeping, grout cleaning, vacuuming, and mopping of common areas; glass entry and foyer cleaning; wiping handrails and balustrades; cobweb removal; wall spot cleaning; lift interiors and exteriors; light fittings; doors, frames, fire stairs, and hose reel cupboards; cleaner rooms and toilets; letterbox and block work; water and electrical rooms; and furniture dusting. Grounds maintenance includes mowing and edging, litter collection, weed control, pruning and shaping shrubs, blowing paths and driveways, drain checks, green waste removal, garden replanting and mulching, herbicide application, and periodic pressure cleaning of car parks, pathways, walls, and garden bed block work.
