Use this fire and general health and safety risk assessment template to audit buildings and sites. Capture building details, occupancy risks, smoking and arson controls, electrical and heating hazards, kitchen safety, lightning protection, and housekeeping. Review means of escape, fire doors, compartmentation, emergency lighting, signage, alarms, extinguishers, sprinklers, and fire fighter facilities. Manage procedures, training, drills, and maintenance with a fire safety log book. Record inspections, plan actions and recommendations, and track general health and safety issues such as asbestos, slips, legionella, contractors, traffic, and security.
