Use this PRIDE Review checklist to evaluate multifamily or affordable housing property operations. Assess financial performance including occupancy, rent increases, collections, accounts receivable, recertifications, variance and net operating income. Review physical standards such as curb appeal, common areas, office conditions, and maintenance shop safety including PPE, SDS, eyewash, lockout tagout, and fire extinguishers. Cover capital improvements, unit inspections, make ready, work orders, and preventive maintenance with building systems checks. Verify staff training and development, safety meetings, and collaboration. Confirm OneSite and month end tasks, required postings such as Fair Housing and labor law, office management, key and vendor policies, contracts and operations technology. Strengthen resident relations, housing support plans, eviction prevention, reasonable accommodation requests, incident reporting, emergency preparedness, regulatory reporting, and community engagement.
