This PPM visit checklist helps engineers document planned preventive maintenance site visits end-to-end. Verify seals, gaskets, fixings, glands, and evidence of water ingress, add photos for each issue, and record steps taken to repair. Confirm the unit is left safe and operational, estimate requirements for any return visit, and complete sign-off with engineer and customer acknowledgments, including comments.
