Gym Equipment Safety and Cleaning Checklist - PM
by Ben Holden, from the Community
Perform consistent evening safety and hygiene checks across your gym with this PM checklist. Inspect strength and cardio equipment, functional zones, floors, cleaning stations, and offices. Use the built-in scoring system to rate Good, Fair, or Poor and capture Yes/No responses for compliance. Log faults, cleanliness issues, and missing accessories like clips or straps, and assign follow-ups. Include areas such as squat racks, treadmills, rowers, benches, kettlebells, TRX, and flooring. Verify signage and cleaning supplies, then sign off as the gym manager or authorized representative to maintain standards and member safety.
