Pest Control Service Quality Audit Checklist
by Daniel Chan, from the Community
Use this pest control service quality audit checklist to evaluate vendor performance onsite. Verify service folders and reports are complete and current; confirm risk assessments and visit schedules are up to date; check that actions, pest activity, recommendations, follow-ups, and client sign-offs are recorded correctly. Inspect internal and external rodent stations, insect monitors, and flying insect control units for correct placement, labeling, and servicing. Ensure rodenticides and insecticides are used per label directions. Review catch analysis, training certificates, safety data sheets, health and safety information, and site plans. Assess infestation levels and document corrective actions and sign-off.
