NGHA Stock Condition Survey Checklist
by New Gorbals Inspections, from the Community
This NGHA stock condition survey checklist helps inspectors assess residential dwellings and plan lifecycle maintenance. Capture block details, dwelling type and age, construction materials, roof and cladding notes, plus approximate area. Work room by room to record damp, condensation, rot, dimensions, ventilation, windows and glazing, heating and radiators. Assess fixtures including kitchens, bathrooms, doors, walls, ceilings, floors, skirting, and electrical components such as consumer unit, switches, sockets, and lighting. Document smoke detectors, door entry, and energy efficiency measures and suggested upgrades, with condition and replacement year.
