Use this mid term inspection report template to document the condition of rental properties during a tenancy. Record exterior issues across elevations, roofs, gutters, and gardens; capture details on heating appliances, carbon monoxide alarms, meters, and stop cocks; and assess internal areas including hallways, kitchens, living spaces, bedrooms, and bathrooms. Note cleanliness, general condition, ventilation, mould or damp, and window condition. Attach photos throughout and complete compliance checks for smoke alarms, prescribed alarms, and evidence of smoking, pets, or unauthorized occupants.
