Birmingham Facility Cleaning Audit Checklist
by DLG Bromley, from the Community
This Birmingham Cleaning Audit checklist helps facility teams assess and maintain high cleanliness standards across a multi-floor site. Sections cover lift lobbies, ladies, gents and disabled toilets, office and meeting rooms, vending areas, stairwells, reception, external perimeter, basement and car park. Items include carpets vacuumed, stainless steel surfaces, skirting boards, walls free of marks, consumables, mirrors and floors, as well as IT equipment, bins emptied and lined, hard flooring mopped or buffed, fridges, microwaves and towel dispensers. The template supports recording findings, noting corrective actions, attaching photos and capturing auditor signatures. References to COSHH data and site folders reinforce compliance and good housekeeping practices.
