This cleaning audit template is designed for support office environments to evaluate cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation across all areas. Sections cover reception and foyers, post rooms, lifts, office spaces, meeting rooms, kitchens and staff rooms, informal areas, toilets, stairs and landings, and external areas. Checks include floors and edges, skirting boards, desks and shelves, internal glass, window ledges, high and low dusting, bins emptied and relined, sanitiser stations, door frames and plates, touch points, and fire extinguishers and call points. Kitchen checks include appliances such as microwaves, fridges, freezers, dishwashers, coffee machines, toasters, hobs and hoods, and other equipment. Compliance items include the COSHH booklet on site and correct chemical storage and use. The template supports consumable replenishment, action plan creation and completion tracking, comments and complaints logging, and client and representative signatures.
