This job completion report template is designed for Vets4Pets and related Pets at Home brands to document signage maintenance and surveys. Record job details, arrival time, team and site information, and induction. Confirm safe working areas, isolation, access equipment, working at height checks, and PPE. Complete a full survey per sign with before and completion photos, sign type, illumination status, quantity and dimensions. Note cleaning performed, defects, restrictions, and location on premises.
