This intruder alarm maintenance report template helps engineers and facility teams document comprehensive alarm servicing. Capture customer and site details, attendance times, and engineer credentials. Perform panel checks, verify time and date, confirm battery size and date, and ensure the correct 3 amp fuse is fitted. Activate and test all zones, verify device descriptions, and test internal and external sounders. Confirm all signals are received at the Alarm Receiving Centre where applicable. Clean devices, label controls and keypads, and complete the log book. Assess system condition, note defects or advisories, include materials used, and attach evidence such as a current SGS bell box photo. Finish with customer acceptance and signatures for a complete maintenance record.
