Use this HVAC minor inspection and preventive maintenance template for South Zones 1 and 2. Record site ID and work order, choose unit type (Packaged AC or HP, Gas Pack, Mini Split, Split System, Chiller, Boiler, Cooling Tower, Roof Top Unit, or Other), and list both units for split systems. Replace filters with MERV 8 (MERV 13 for LEED), date-mark frames, and attach photos. Clean and flush evaporator drain pan, trap, and drain line; install pan tabs; and verify drain sizing, slope, and support. Confirm thermostats meet PNC standards, note VAV or fan-powered units, and complete the Retail HVAC Assessment Survey for new units.
