This hot tub service checklist helps teams complete a thorough annual spa maintenance visit. Record photos before and after service, perform water analysis for chlorine or bromine levels, pH, and alkalinity, and run function tests across topside controls, jets, diverters, fountains, blower, lights, and RCD. Inspect internal components including pumps, heater, pipes, isolator valves, circuit board, and wiring, and note required repairs. Complete cleaning and valet tasks such as run flush, exterior and cabinet valet, cover lifter and headrest valet, drain and rinse, extract internal water, and change or clean filters. Refill to the correct level, add chemicals, verify circulation times, and document all checks to confirm the service is complete and the hot tub is safe for use.
