Capture tank type such as above ground, underground, or integrated belly tank, fuel type and fuel oil grade, location and whether indoor or outdoor, and physical specifications including volume, materials, wall type, and insulation. Record manufacturer, serial and model numbers, TSSA CRN number if available, and image evidence. Assess leak detection, cathodic protection, bonding, spill containment integrity, and distance to sensitive water or drainage. Assign responsibility and note if fuel polishing is required.
